Our Story
Emberstone Living was founded by Craig and Stacie Hoyles, two Texas nurses who have spent over 20 years serving seniors across the full spectrum of care — from assisted living and independent living to memory care and skilled nursing.
After two decades at the bedside and in the halls of senior communities, we saw what was missing: a home that truly felt like home. A place where dignity comes first, faith is woven into every day, and residents never feel like a number.
That is why we are building Emberstone Living — coming soon to the Katy and Cypress, Texas area. A small, intimate personal care home rooted in Christian values, where every resident is known, loved, and honored.
